1.1. We operate on a print-on-demand basis through third-party printing and fulfillment partners (“Providers”).
1.2. All Products are produced and shipped directly by these Providers.
1.3. Production times generally range from 2 to 5 business days, but may vary depending on order volume, product type, and other factors.
1.4. We are not responsible for delays caused by Providers, carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.

2. Shipping and Delivery

2.1. Shipping times are estimates and begin after order fulfillment. Average shipping times are:

  • United States: 3–10 business days

  • Canada: 4–13 business days

  • Europe: 7–15 business days

  • Rest of World: 10–20 business days

2.2. Delivery times may vary depending on destination, courier delays, customs, or other uncontrollable factors.
2.3. We do not guarantee delivery dates and are not liable for delays once the order has been handed to the carrier.
2.4. Tracking information will be provided when available.

3. Shipping Costs

3.1. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on product type, destination, and selected shipping method.
3.2. In some cases, multiple items may be shipped separately and may arrive at different times.
3.3. Shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has entered production.

4. Address Accuracy

4.1. You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
4.2. We are not responsible for lost or undelivered packages resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
4.3. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, we may charge additional reshipping fees.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

5.1. International orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, or fees imposed by the destination country.
5.2. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping cost.
5.3. We are not responsible for delays or costs resulting from customs clearance processes.

6. Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Shipments

6.1. Risk of loss passes to you upon our delivery of the order to the carrier.
6.2. If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us within 30 days of the expected delivery date at contact@nexell.shop.
6.3. We will coordinate with the Provider to investigate and, if applicable, arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion.
